- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 Egg white
- 2-3 Dashes Angostura bitters
- Gather the ingredients.
- Add the pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to fill, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
- Sprinkle the Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
