Bellinis are easy to make, and perfect when you’re hosting brunch or soaking up a lazy summer weekend. They’re fizzy and refreshing, with more body than your average cocktail. a fun alternative to a Mimosa, and feel a little more fancy!
Ingredients
- 2 oz peach purée
- 4 oz Prosecco (chilled)
- Garnish peach slice
Instructions
- Add the peach purée to a Champagne flute or similar glass.
- Fill with the Prosecco.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
