Bellinis are easy to make, and perfect when you’re hosting brunch or soaking up a lazy summer weekend. They’re fizzy and refreshing, with more body than your average cocktail. a fun alternative to a Mimosa, and feel a little more fancy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz ​peach purée
  • 4 oz Prosecco (chilled)
  • Garnish peach slice

Instructions
 

  • Add the peach purée to a Champagne flute or similar glass.
  • Fill with the Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a peach slice.
