I love margaritas on the rocks, I love them frozen. I love them on Cinco de Mayo, National Margarita Day, and any other day that calls for a celebratory round of happy hour margs. I love me a good margarita!
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime juice
- Garnish Kosher salt
- Garnish Lime wheel
- Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it.
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice, (taking care not to dislodge any salt).
- Garnish with lime wheel.
