Spirit, citrus and sugar, the original big three, come together in the Whiskey Sour. Few drinks in the cocktail canon are as quick to satisfy and endlessly mutable as the Whiskey Sour.
- 2 oz Bourbon
- ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- ½ oz Egg white (optional)
- 3-4 Drops Garnish Angostura bitters
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
